If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
i hate to throw the gear card out there, but that coupled with 20+ years of training, they can do it. it works for them....obviously,lol.
They say that the more you put on the body the more it can handle, but I have not found that to be true with weight training for me. The more I put on, the more I get injured or over train. But, then again, they are genetically superior. Even with all the aas, without genetics, you wont get far.

I know it's a terrible example but the only one that I could think of to accurately illustrate the movement, lol. I would only yell zeig heil if your planning on training for mma cause there's bound to be impromtu assaults, lol!
