      Re: DEADLIFT QUESTION

      Backday mainly because with the deadlift it uses every muscle in your back, only reason on leg day i would think is if you went lighter and did stiff leg deadlift for the hams

                I do stiff legs on leg day. I haven't done regular deads in over 6 months.

                  Block style = back day.
                  Sumo style = leg day.

                    Re: DEADLIFT QUESTION

                    Definately back day for me. I alternate them as my core back exercise with bent overs. So, I do deads every other back day and I alwasy take a day off between back and legs so I don't do deads and squats back to back.
                    I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                      Re: DEADLIFT QUESTION

                      well here is my senario:
                      M=chest
                      T=back
                      W=legs

                      TH=SHOULDERS
                      F=ARMS.

                      this past tuesday i did full deadlift on back day which normally i dont do, ido quarters, so last nite wend, i could not do squats since my legs and hams and my lower back were fried..so i had to do light leg presses and so forth

                            I do deads on back day also, Hey Mikey is there any reason you can't just switch your legs and back day around? That would give you that day inbetween.??????
