Alright everyone, I need some help.
For about 3 months now, I've been seriously lifting, and over the winter, it isn't too hard. But lately, as the weather has been getting better out, Ive been partying more and more. That makes it really hard to get in a nighttime workout over the weekend. Sometimes I've been doing one at 12:00 at night, and that can't be good.
So I'm wondering if I should switch to a four day routine, Mon-Tues-Wed-Thur, and take Fri-Sat-Sun off. I would probably do some cardio in the mornings 6-7 times a week even if I switched to this. Do you guys think this is a good idea? Or am I taking too much time off? If so, can you point me in the right direction?
