for each muscle group what would they be? List the muscle and the 3 excersizes you think are best. Use your own idea of "best" and explain if you would like. Each member do one muscle group and if your ideas conflict with another members, then quote that member and write yours. Kgo!

Chest - incline, flat and decline bench press
Back - bent over rows, standing rows, shrugs
Bi's - Ez bar bicep curl burnouts, "preacher curls", concentraton curls
tri's- french presses, "skull crushers", pulldowns with rope
Shoulders - overhead press (bb), standing upright rows, "laterals"
Legs- Squats, calf raises, leg curls
Abs - crunches, sit ups on hyperextension machine, leg raises

back - deads, barbell rows, chins
shoulders - standing militray press, bent and side raises
bis - barbell and preacher curls
tris- close grip bench, skulls
legs - squats , stiff legged DL's, standin calve raisesIm gonna get so big I cant dress myself

chest - bb bench press flat/ bb incline bench/ db incline bench
back thickness - deadlift (using different versions i.e.conv, sumo, etc.......)
back width - wide chin ups/ pulldowns to the front/ seated pully row
quads - squats/ leg press/ hack squats
hams - SLDL/RDL/lying leg curls
calves - bb calf raises or any weighted calf raise
bis - incine db curls/preacher curls/spider curls
tris - skull crushers and cgbp
shoulders - miliary press
traps - any db/bb shrug
incorporate extreme stretching, statics, and negatives with the above exercises, and you'll grow.

Back - Pull ups, deadlifts, bend over rows
Legs - squats, Leg extensions, standing calf raises
Bi's - standing barbell curls, seated incline curls, concentration curls
Tri's - cable pulldowns, skull crushes, dips
Shoulders - dumbell press, front lateral raises, shrugs
