  • Never been so frustrated!!

    alright im on superdrol right now and for some reason im plateauing or loosing strength. I recently changed my split to this
    day 1 - chest/tris/shoulder
    day 2 - back/bis
    day 3 - legs/forearms
    day 4- off
    Repeat

    i do basically one exercise per bodypart for 5 sets of 5-8

    I used to do a one bodypart per week routine but kept hearing its better to hit each bodypart every 3 to 4 days. I used to do 10-15 sets per bodypart each week no problem. I wanna get out of this platuea but have no clue how. Its frustrating me though to see my bench fall from 365 to 340 in a matter of a few weeks. Someone help me out with my routine do i switch back to my one bodypart a week, or alter my current workout and give myself maybe another day to spread it out to hitting each bodypart every 5 days?
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

        First off, try switching every other week from bar to dumbells. Change it up a bit.
        Secondly, I won't work the same body part twice in a week. I generally hit te same body part 5-7 days apart. Your body grows with rest. I think 72 hours is to fast to be hitting the same part. Also, I like to work out oon a monday, rest tuesday, work out wednesday, take off thursday, etc..... Purpose is, your central nervous system needs a break to. Even though you are working out different body parts, you're still using the same CNS.
        But generally when you plateau, you need a change in routine. Like I said, try the dumbells, then go to bar. Then dumbells, then bar, etc.... Give that a shot. Also, try upping your protein intake as well a little more.

          I ALWAYS CHANGE UP MY WORK OUTS AND USE DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT AND IVE SEEN BETTER GAINS.DO SHIT YOU WOULD OF NEVER DONE BEFORE. MIGHT FEEL AKWARD AT FIRST BUT IT DOES HELP

              well i cant really give it a fair review ause ive been platueing like crazy, i think im gonna switch back to the once bodypart a week or is that givin me way too much time to rest?
              Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself
