alright im on superdrol right now and for some reason im plateauing or loosing strength. I recently changed my split to this
day 1 - chest/tris/shoulder
day 2 - back/bis
day 3 - legs/forearms
day 4- off
Repeat
i do basically one exercise per bodypart for 5 sets of 5-8
I used to do a one bodypart per week routine but kept hearing its better to hit each bodypart every 3 to 4 days. I used to do 10-15 sets per bodypart each week no problem. I wanna get out of this platuea but have no clue how. Its frustrating me though to see my bench fall from 365 to 340 in a matter of a few weeks. Someone help me out with my routine do i switch back to my one bodypart a week, or alter my current workout and give myself maybe another day to spread it out to hitting each bodypart every 5 days?
