How much do you pay to have your shirts tapered? That may be what I need to do.

Besides dumbell raises and weighted bar raises.

Lately no matter what I do I feel like im not getting a good workout on the days that I hit traps. Post up what works best for you.
                        Heavy dead lifts.

Tell me what will grow your traps more...

                        We have 100lb dumbell shrugs

                        or

                        450lb deads

I choose deads And that is all I do and my traps aren't the biggest, but they def aren't behind at all. Kinda ahead most of the rest of my body.

I got the advice from IA and has worked great. I used to do shrugs all the time on shoulder day but no more.

I've been doing the full cleans from ground to overhead along with heavy deads. But in addition I do 150lb dumbell shrugs 4 sets of 10-12 reps.

                            Good info so far.

I DO ABOUT 100.00 A WEEK IN DRY-CLEANING (ME AND THE WIFE'S). THE PLACE I GO TAPERS MY SHIRTS FOR 3.00 APIECE!! I DONT THINK YOU CAN BEAT IT. BUT, I WOULDNT IMAGINE THAT IT WOULD COST MUCH MORE THAN 10-15 BUCKS. AND FOR A NICE DRESS SHIRT, IT'S WELL WORTH IT. ALSO, LOOK INTO HUGO BOSS. THEY ARE TAPERED ALREADY, SO IF YOU GET THE BIGGER NECK SIZES, THEY FIT MUCH BETTER THAN RALPH LAUREN OR MOST THE OTHERS.

Nice! Thanks for the Hugo Boss info, I never knew that. I have a lady who does my pants when I need them hemmed but I never asked her about shirts. I would wear dress shitr more often if they didn't make me look so fat. I will see what her fees are. Thanks bro! Oh yeah, $100 a week on dry cleaning? You must have a fancy wife or dress up every day for work. That's one thing I love about my job, I wear jeans and a polo or shorts and a polo in summer. Very laid back. When I drop in on my clients I might wear Khakis and a polo but that's about as far as I go. Ok, that's not totally true, I do loans from time to time as well and in those situations I do dress up to look the part. But that's not often.
