  • Workout Routine

    For the guys that use the chest/tri's, back/bi's and shoulder/legs workout routine post up your workouts. I'm wanting to see what everyone else is up to and then maybe add a few things to my workout. Like last week for the first time I actually started doing lunges on leg days.

    I'm working into the same kind of split, so i'd be interested to this too. I recently had to cut back on my time in the gym to 3 days/week. I'm doing front and middle delts with chest/tris, forearms and rear delts with back/biceps. I'm undecided on where to put deads though . .. I'll go into more detail later if i have some time to type it out.

            i'm a little ass backwards on the chest/tris back/bis. i do it backwards. chest/bis and back/tris. i like working a muscle from 0% fatigue, not 50%. i can post it for those if you want.
