ok i was on a bulkin cycle to get up to 200lbs. i was taking m1t, then got halfway thru a 3 week cycle of methyl rage...im about 192 now, and i started out at 180. i said i was gonna incorporate cardio when i got up to 200 soild and a few weeks after pct. Well i broke my hand yesterday (fith metacarpal frature), it hurts to put presure on my palm where the bone is that connects the pinky to the wrist...im out for 6-8 weeks. im wonderin what i should do. Im bench 340 right now, rowing 295x6, squating over 500, deadlifting around 420. Would hooks allow me to still do back workouts..chest is out of the question except for pec deck flyes, i can do a shoulder lateral machine, i can still do legs too...im jus wonderin how hooks work cause if the put the pressure on jus my wrist then ill be able to still shrug, deadlift and do back...im jus wondering should i do a split like this.......mon - chest (flyes), back, shoulders, arms if i can find a way....then wed-legs....tehn fri-same as monday?....or should i do jus everythin mon wed fri? I realize my bench will go down but how much do u think...should i start my pct and still work out as hard as i can and by the time im done with that hopefully my hand may be better? and mabye not worry bout the bulkin so much and jus try slimmin down the fat?

Re: need desperate help
You are going to lose some strength for sure. I would allow your hand to recover properly instead of risking further injuring it. Anything that puts pressure on it I'd say is not necessary. As far as hooks I do not know. As for the amount of strength you will lose, it is hard to say, but definately a considerable amount on chest. I'd think you would still put up 300 though after you're healed. Use a fly machine for pecs and make sure you use your wrists for pressing more so than your palms.Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force.
