I did arms last night real hard and I'm thinking of doing them again today to shock the hell out of them. Has anyone ever done this before?

It would be overtraining to say the least especially if it's not something you do as you job. Biceps are a very big muscle and can be exhausted a lot faster then you legs but you still must give them a couple of days to recoup. Don't waste a good workout from the day before.

I say wreck em again. Seriously, there is a method some might call more of a theory that states that purposely "overreaching" (not overtraining because this takes more then a couple sessions to achieve) will actually result in more of a growth process. I'm just skimming the surface of the subject because it's late and I don't want to type a long post out. Anyways, try this for several weeks, time of course is dependant on whether you are using AS or not.
