I go to PT 2 times a week for an hour each time for my TKR. It is relative mild training. Bike 90 RPM at setting 9 for 10 minutes. Weighted vest stand up sit down low wall 30 peps. Hip aduction hip abduction 15 reps each. Leg presses 30 reps. Leg curl 30 reps.
All this is a mild weight. At the end of the hour I am totally spent.
Do you guys think this normal, or is something going on
probably not abnormal man. you really havent been able to train your lower body at all since before or after your surgery. lower body work is more taxing and brutal than any other work, so that in itself even with low end weight can wipe you out. think about it, you can break someone off with body weight alone doing lower body stuff with no problem at all. you should improve week to week though
