Due to this covid stuff and bad knee I have lost about 15# of muscle. Is this normal? When I start training again how quickly can I get it back?
Is there an AAS that doesn't hammer my RBC? Most everything that increases mass on me hammers my RBC.
i know you are on the older end of the range dirt but it does come back rather quickly once you are able to start back up. the only thing that comes to my mind that doesnt raise rbc at all is ment (trest ace/e). if you are prone to estro issues then it does cause issues their but as far as rbc and other health markers legit ment does not impact them at all. it is strong as hell also, like a super tren with none of the side effects
Bro grab some Osterine and take it daily. Do push up squats and other stuff you can do easily. Osterine will not negatively effect most folk (RBC, lipids ect). When the gym was closed and I was being lazy I lost NOTHING! and when I went back even my strength was close to where it was after two months of bodyweight and dogfood bags to workout with. It seems as strong to me as a low/moderate dose of var with zero sides.
Holler at Joe at Supreme and support a board sponsor. I have sued their products many times and am very impressed.
