  • April 22 Quarantine work out of the day...

    Warm up 1 mile run (or 10 minutes of whatever gets your heart pumping)

    This workout sounds easy but is not. Your shoulders will be on fire by the end of this...trust me...

    You’ll need two 25lb dumbbells for this...or a 53lb kettle bell

    For 30 minutes...at the beginning of every minute do 12 upright rows...”that’s it” lol

    Your shoulders will thank you for this. If you complete this (which will be very hard to impossible) that will be 360 reps. It’s designed to hit failure on about the last ten or so sets.

    Upright rows are great! I have a barbell I'll try with. I don't think I've ever done 360 reps of upright rows, but it sounds amazingly painful lol.
