  • Simple killer chest workout

    This will be the most simple, chest pump workout ever. I had to stay home today with my son. He was sick today. (He’s 4) so when he took his nap, I did this...

    12 push-ups Every minute on the minute for 60 minutes...

    Do the 12 push-ups at the beginning of every minute and rest the rest of the minute.
    If you make it that’s 720 push-ups

        We use to do 20 every minute on the minute when i was younger(20's) for 30 minutes.. It was a killer.. I will try this... Smh.. If i die please forward my mail..
