lunges, single leg curls/extensions single leg press bulgarian split squats. those are about the only ones that come to mind. i see people do single leg deads and stiff leg but i would not venture into that one personally
i haven't really tried it for legs but on chest days i've used a neounilateral type of training, traing chest to failure on the hammer strength bench mach then doing several reps with the left arm while right arm "rests" and then cranking out several re[s on the right followed by a few more reps with both arms, great burn and nice way to work past failure.
