Love the pec dec also.I alternate between pec dec and the next chest day I ll do cable crossovers.

Is that the one with the handles that you can do rear delts too? I love that thing. They dont have them at ther half ass gym Im at now

I have never belonged to a gym that didn't have one but kid I love it. I finish off chest and shoulders on that since the beginning. Feels great. Enjoy dude!

Remember that old Nautilus peck dec? That thing was huge and would rip your rotator cuff right out of the socket lol...I think I used that thing to destroy my shoulder joints and didnt know any better
