I would highly suggest if your going to take 1 scoop to make sure you eat eforeyou take it. FUZO didnt eat and it kicked in and he blew junks. he had to go grab a bar and shove that down his throat to get something in my stomach. Suff is real good. Not a lot of caffeine but its packed with ingredients

been a week on it and what I like no jitters probably due to the not a lot of caffiene which I like.
