  • training method

I have found a training method that works great for me.

When I train I keep the working muscle under tension. The only time it not is between sets.

Slow and controlled and concentrate on the muscle group

I got the idea from you all, I don't know who mentioned it thanks

max tut without sacrificing contraction along with a big stretch gave me great results esp on iso lifts.

Hell yeah bro, I love focusing in and training that way. I catch myself getting in a hurry and getting sloppy a lot of times, but I always get the greatest results when I focus on that good slow time under tension.

Nothing beats connecting your brain with the muscle you're hitting.
