I do so many different rep set ranges. I still mix it up cz i know my muscles need it. I will mix the range depending on lifts. but all in all 4x6-8 of the most i can possibly do and i grow and my tendonitis gets better.

What is your look forward to set rep?

Same here man. I usually do four to five sets per exercise and keep my reps in the 6-8 range. That always feels like my sweet spot for growing and minimizing injuries.

I usually do 3 to 4 exercises per muscle and 4-5 sets per exercise. Sometimes more, sometimes less just depending on how I'm feeling or if it's a heavy day or a light day. On a heavy day I get down into the 4-6 rep range. (Usually keeping it around 6) On my lighter days I'll keep my rep range around 8, sometimes going up to 10 to feel the burn.

dude i love you. for real what is a light day and heavy day? I lift heavy every day. 8-12 wrecked my joints cz i just dont know light to go beyong 8-9 with more weight.

I typically go all out most of the time lol. I say heavy day and light day, but most of my days would probably be considered a heavy day. My light days are really just when I'm too tired or not feeling strong. Sometimes I work all day and get in the gym at like 11 p.m. . I just switch my rep scheme up a little bit and call it a light day.

LOL hell yeah bro, I hear you on that. Once I'm fully recovered from this surgery I feel a lot of hardcore heavy days coming on in the near future. Going to come back bigger and badder than ever.
