i do a variation of those. i do a regular hand position instead of a "hammer curl" hand position and do these occasionally

No. Just hammer curls for me. I have carpal tunnel and those are the only curls I can do pain free

its been a while for me. Used them yesterday and my brachio was painfully pumped. I train arms more than once a wk so i still kill it doing hammers too lol.

You keep your hand supinated doing pinwheels right? Do you feel more so in your bicep this way rather than brachio?
