  • I havnt done a Crossfit workout in a month and this happened....

    So been going to the gym but gave the Crossfit a bit of a break. Did this Crossfit workout today, and I almost died today lol. This was the workout...

    Warm up
    1 mile run

    Rest 10 min

    Workout of the day...
    150 kettlebell swings (70 pounds)everytime you stop for more than 5 seconds you have to do 20 push-ups.

    What an incredible cardio and strength workout. I was laid out on the floor when this was over. Give this a try for serious conditioning guys. It's insane

    i would have died after the run and my cardio is great haha.
