Body weight exercises are great. Add in dips and 1 leg lunges you got a complete workout

        Re: Push ups. Pull ups

I added in some pull ups at the gym the other day for the first time in a long while. I was surprised at how weak I was after not doing them for so long. Made me sore as hell though.

          Re: Push ups. Pull ups

I do pull ups every time I train my back. I often do them - with varying grips: wide, overhand; narrow underhand; narrow "hammer grip" (my chinup bar has two 5" spacer bars built in).

I've lost 6 or so lbs during my ongoing 'cut', so I've started using my weight belt to add plates in order to keep "pulling up" the same or more weight.

I do mine with a 20 pound vest on. Really pumps my back up really good. Plus of course adding plates to not only pull ups but dips as well really works well
