Stiff Achilles

Constantly deal with this issue for years! Anyone else struggle with this?

Last year I was out for several months with constant pain in my achilles. Hurt to walk and could not run at all. The pain finally went completely away and I can run again. No pain. So it can heal up

Rake's is healed BUT there are things he will never do again like running and playing basketball.

Mine hurts from time to time as well. I never can really pinpoint a specific reason for it, but sometimes I wake up and it hurts pretty bad for a week or so. I just take it easy and then usually goes away on its own.

This is me but noticing the frequency increasing more and more!
