Pic/ video to come soon. So I have made my own simple daily routine, with modifications, that get me more motivated. I am doing my routine with body weight only. This morning is one of those where I hurt, but have to get this in, so I needed to make it fun to focus.
Ready to do my braced squats, I grabbed my guinea pig, and held her in my hands with arms straight out. Yes I can laugh, focus, push through those heels and squat away. Jelly enjoyed it too.
You have to make things fun when you dont want to do it and even when you do.
