    Ok so my all time favorite mass exercise would be French curls or skull crushers. 2cd over head cables. But it could be any body part or exercise for mass.

        Tris-close grip bp
        Bi-incline curls
        Chest-bench
        Back-rack pulls,wide pull ups,heavy rows
        Legs- stiff leg deads squats
        Delts-military press
        Those are my basic moves along with other movement's but those have been my meat and potatoes

          Good old bench press, squat and deadlift for me. Whenever I get stuck in a rut, I just bring it back to the basics and rock and roll.
