Another body part that seems to be a genetic gifted thing. What does your calve training look like? I would like to get some sexy calves going on. With heels, of course

      Re: Best calves

I do calf raises at the gym. high volume drop sets. But what really gets them to grow is running with a front/mid foot strike and a good push into the next stride. It is a WAY more efficient way to run than heel strike and better for my back, knees and ankles. After running, my calves are swole up and all vascular. wish they stayed that way all the time.

Calves are my most stubborn body part. I've trained them super heavy, light with super high volume and every way in between. Right now I'm training them super heavy and will keep that up until everything seems to plateau and then switch it up again.

Jumping rope and running have always kept my calves pretty decent
