I just use DBs for farmers carry. You want something that is a bear. pull a sled with a few hundred #s on it and do the farmers carry for 25 yards then back 4-5 times.
I bet that bar makes it easy to pick up and grip for longer than DBs. I have never seen one like that."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
