  • What do you think is the most underrated exercise?

    One to the most underrated exercises I can think of is pullovers. I like using a dumbbell although I have seen people use ez curl bar or straight bar. I think it really helps the lat flair and expand the ribcage if done right. With a deep breath and a huge stretch.

    one of my favorite movements for both back and chest. for lats we do it on the bench and not across it. add a band to it and you are in for a lat crushing party

        incline curls, power shrugs, close grip bench, dips, bent over rear laterals.

            Pullups. Nobody does them because they think lat pulldowns are the same thing. Lat pulldowns are NOT pullups
