    Workout of the day

    As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of..
    400 meter run
    20 ab mat sit ups
    10 kettlebell swings (53 men/35 women)
    10 thrusters (95 men/65 women)

      My daughter does something like that shes 14. Shes beat after that
