I have caverjet, it's 100% effective So my problem isn't staying hard, it's being able to cum (it takes me forever if I'm able at all) and also when I do, my loads aren't that heavy. This drug is supposed to help with both of these issues, just not sure if it's instantaneous or you have to be on for a certain period of time?

I think something like this becomes effective with time but it could be all in one's head...lol

I have this same problem and cialis does help but it does not sound the same.
Since lowering my npp test and eq my sex drive has went up again though. .
Curious to the answer as I have some caber at home...

So again fellas, if I ordered today and got by the weekend and took my first tab Saturday night a couple hours before having sex, will it produce the desired effects or do I need to be on it for for a certain amount of time before it kicks in?

Not sure . Why not just get cialis instead ?

Good info BigPapa. I was under the impression this drug could and is used on an as needed basis like viagra only not to cause an erection but to enhance sexual desire and intensify orgasms, as well as speed up recovery time between orgasms. I was going to buy a box of 8 tabs and take prior to having sex (a few hours) but not on a regular basis. Would this be a waste? Is there a certain amount of time you have to be on the drug ( .25-.5 mgs every 4 days) before it works or can I just take as needed?
