If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I have a friend who has used it and plans on it again but no gear or anything. I said that it was a bad idea but just curious of anyone's thoughts on this?
He lost a bunch if weight before but of course gained it all back. I said diet and train first but ya know how that goes for most.

Bad bad very bad idea. If I remember correctly, the guy who came up with this stupid hcg diet even admitted to it not being safe. Tell your buddy look up anorexia nervosa, and what it does to ones body...
