So I have this gyno problem. when im on it seems what I allready have kinda gets more itchy and feels like swelling, like they get more pronounced and hard sorta. I have been using Aromasin 10mgs ed then I read it should be 8mgs, I have'nt been using it for maby four days and now things are dormant it seems, no hardness or anything ? I have one bottle that I saved so im only using 250mgs of test. am I doing something wrong here ?

I'm not real clear on your question- are you asking about the Aromasin or Test?

if your just asking if your doing something wrong, i'd say no....not if it seems that the gyno has gone away for now. but then, i'm not real clear on the question either

When I started my cycle I went on Aroma for just in case, and the bit of gyno I had from before seemed to come up,.ya know like get hard painful/sensitive. now that I stopped using the aroma they feel like they went down and less sensitive. I really think the gyno is from the fina I did back in the day(years ago) with M1T and 4-AD, since when I was was injecting real test at 500mgs I never had a problem. im wondering whats doing this ? im currently on 250 of test ew and added 10mgs of M1T ed to try to get me close to 500mgs total. so do y'all think im doing too much or is my gyno protocol/dosage not right ?

you shouldnt be getting gyno from that dose, especially using aro

Pigmeat is right. I don't use anti-E's until I have a problem, I would say try Bromo, but your not taking anything that should require it.
