Seriously, I think we know more than most Docs about gyno and what would actually help. If you can find a Doc who is knowledgeable with aas n whatnot and help you out then you are lucky.
Do a search on Letro....
Number of people have used it to treat existing gyno with good results. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. But I would give it a try before surgery. For existing gyno usual dose is 1.25-2.5mg per day until it is gone.
If you are going to use the nolva I would definitely use 40-80mg a day till that sh*t is gone.
I also believe aromasin is the best choice when using... it is just all around better for you.
