Proviron or nolva to prevent gyno?

going to run 500mgs of test cyp and 300mgs of deca, weekly for 12 weeks. Started getting the beginnings of gyno this last cycle and i'm deciding between 50 mgs of proviron daily or 40mgs of nolva daily as prevention.
I'm in PCT right now and it cleared up but it would be nice if it stayed that way. Whatever works... figure either would help but i just wanted to throw it out there. Thanks

I like nolva to prevent and proviron to remove. However, you can take a low amount of nolva to keep is somewhat surpressed and then run proviron the last 4 weeks. This will not only get rid of some of the water, but if you do get a litle gyno it should knock it out. I know some bros will take a lot of nolva and then they get poor results. You have to have estrogen to grow, you just do. The trick is to have enough to grow but not enough to get gyno and that's different for everyone. You just have to play with it until you figure it out. I wouldn't go over 20 mg nolva a day personally, but that's me. I also wouldn't run it the whole time either. I'd wait until about 6 weeks in and then run it and finish with the proviron. You only need 25 mcg of that a day. IMO
