I was talking with a good buddy of mine about various cycles, pct, etc..... and he swears by starting pct 2 weeks before his last injection. His MD actually turned him on to it and swears, that there is little down time and excellent retention in gains made. According to his dr. it seems to cut back the production of cortisol dramatically, than it is to start your PCT at your very last shot. Escpically when your taking very fast acting drugs that leave your system fast. So by the time the androgens are out of your body, your PCT's will be in full affect, and will help raise your follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone the fastest. Any of you guys ever tried it?

Re: Early PCT???
I don't know Kite?? I never heard of an MD giving such advice. Is he an endo or just a regular MD or internist? Anyways, I don't see how it would work, because two wks before your last injection there is little clomid/nolva will do while you are shut down, and it doesn't take but a day or 2 at the most for your body to absorb the clomid/nolva. I wait till the aas half-life is done before i start pct, 3 wks after my last inject. I will also use alittle Proviron 25mg ed as well. If i use a harsh ester or oral i will use hcg the 2-3wks prior to pct from 1500-2000IU ew. Whatever works for him though. I haven't personally tried it. I could see maybe starting it the wk of you last inject where it could possibly help with the cortisol though, because as I come off the aas I always have a feeling of hormonal inbalance. I might try that!

Re: Early PCT???
A general parcactioner??,lol! He needs to give more advice that is in his field. General Practitioners (Family Dr.s) have little study about endocronology of the male body and how drugs react with it. Although he may have general knowledge of it, its certainly not enough to give a patient advice on the drugs and how to use them. It would be like going to a foot Dr. and him giving you advice on cardiology, lol!

Re: Early PCT???
I would have to say it's bad info, IMO. I agree with Mick that it doesn't matter, if you are still on then you are going to be shut down. I read somewhere that it's a waste to start pct until you are at teh 1/2 life phase. I'll try to find it.

That makes the most since to me.

Re: Early PCT???
The kid is just going to be spending more on clomid/nolva for nothing, and for a General Practioner to be giving such advice is almost to the point of being unethical, as he has very little if any in depth higher education in endocronology.

Re: Early PCT???
I still dont think its a bad idea. Even though your system wont be producing test, your stimulating the pituatary and testes (almost like knocking at their door), so when the half life of the AAS is diminished far enough to really begin PCT, these glands will have already been primed so to speak. This is my opinion, not a fact.
