Clomiphine Citrate compared to regular Clomid

    Clomiphine Citrate compared to regular Clomid

    Ok, so with liquid Nolva, its generally tamox citrate. I've read that it is not as strong as reg tamox, 15.2 mg of tamoxifen citrate is equivalent to 10 mg of tamoxifen.

    Does anyone know the deal with Clomiphine Citrate as opposed to Clomid?
    Or is all Clomid Clomiphene Citrate?

    I never heard of there being a difference in potency. Clomiphine is the active ingredient in Clomid as far as I know. The same goes for nolv.

      when you buy pharma tabs, THEY have taken the citrate ester into account. when you buy powder, YOU have to take the ester into account.

        Nolvadex is a brand name of Tamoxifen Citrate. There is no other Tamoxifen.

        Clomid is a brand name for Clomiphene Citrate. There is no other Clomiphene.

        I'm not sure what you read, but it may be the ester weight vs the unbound hormone - but the unbound hormone would never be used for our purposes . . . it would not be effective.

          Thats a good point- I suppose the research chems take that into account as well in the per ml amount listed. Thanks
