  • ECA stack during PCT YES! or NO!

Just came off a 15 week bulking cycle. Starting PCT next week. Very happy with the gaines but put on some body fat that I want to get rid of ASAP. I was thinking of going on a ECA stack. Should I wait until im done with my pct, or can I get started during Pct. What do you guys think. Your opinion is appreciated.

It will not hurt at all. What did your cycle look like? Have you thought about a t3/clen combo? I've done 140mcg's(don't advise to do though) and I loved it.

Drink some green tea while on PCT, awesome diuretic and body metabolizer. Which ECA do you have or talking about?

What are your stats? How about a good clean diet, keeping carbs under 100g's a day would be great, hard to do though.

12 week test enan. Pretty good gaines, great strength. My diet was pretty good but had some week moments. 6"1 220lbs not sure what my body fat is. I was hitting cardio about 40min a day about 5 days a week but wasnt really bulking up, so i completely stopped my cardio and started bulking up quick. So know Im left with puffy cheeks and little belly. I need to lower my BF quick. I guess im gonna stick with the ECA. Ephedrine ( Vasapro 2x/day) , caffine (2x/day), asprin (1/ am). Does this look ok to you guys. Ive heard that this stack works great.

Yes you can do the ECA or just ephedrine and aspirn, as i don't like too much of caffine. 60mcg of clen does nothing for me. You have to ramp and see. Also if you are prone to temper tantrums, lol clen may not be for you. Try it and see.

Wow, I guess everyone IS different. Me personally, I wouldn't do an ECA stack during PCT. Especially after a bulking cycle. JMO.

Take your VAapro or whatever effedrine you have and take 3 Excedrin with it. Excedrine has both caffeine andd aspirin in it! Saves money and time!

run some clen ramp it up and down 2 weeks on 2 off. Get your diet down tight and you'll be buff in no time. Don't eat whatever you want though when your using the clen or ECA stack, it will just cause you grief when you're done the cutter.

                        1. Drop the Aspirin from the ECA, its determental to protein synthesis.
                        2. Ephedrine & Caffeine are anti-catabolic, preventing any significant post cycle muscle loss.
                        3. Why would one want to keep carbs under 100g post bulking cycle?

He said he wants to lose fat, that's why. He could still maintain his protein intake up and keep muscle, nothing wrong with 100g's of carbs or less.

Carbs = insulin response = insulin is suppressive of cortisol. Not to mention thats only 400 calories, tapering your carbs down would be a much better idea, than just lowering them to 100g instantly.

Well that's what I meant, not just dropping it to 100, but lowering it week by week. I knew what I meant, just didn't word it right
