a pct question

running
deca 300mg
test400mg weekly

i have nolvadex and clomid should i be running the novla thoughout my cycle ? and use the clomid 2 weeks after my last shot?

Is using both a waste? I have been told I only need one but im not really sure

30tabs @ 50mg each CLOMID
30tabs @ 10mg each nolvadex

Anyone have a good PCT plan for me ?

well with that much nolvadex, you should only use it if gyno symptoms occur... itchy, sensitive, sore nipples are what to look for. the dosage of test you are running probably wont cause any concerns, but if it does, you may need a little more nolva. people usually run it around 40mg/day until symptoms go away, then 10-20mg until the end of the cycle... as far as PCT... wait 2wks, then do 300mg day 1, 100mg 10days, 50mg 10days.

I'd just like to add. Your doses are pretty low... gyno is not very likely at that dose.

Wait 3 weeks after your last shot before starting PCT if your using deca.

You dont need that initial 300mg dose of clomid on day one.You will be seing trails off that shit and will be all fucked up in the head emotionally.All you need to be effective is 100mg a day for 14 days and then 50mg ed for another 14.

ive never heard of clomid coming in 50mg..ive only seen 20mg...but ive never took any of that kinda stuff....

Hmmm.. I dunno anymore. Just know they work well. They are purple, have a 50 on 1 side and a / on the other. Round, but the faces taper to a 6 sided hexagon.
