  • Thoughts on including insulin in your PCT...

    Alright ive used insulin in the past and the last few days ive been thinking about using it post cycle.....while ill be taking nolvadex and hcg to get the boys back what if i used some insulin for 4-5 weeks when i start my post cycle threrapy....i know its not gonna assist my body in getting back to normal but its not gonna hurt it either right? wouldnt it keep me in a anabolic state to help preserve or solidify my gains on the cycle?.....has anybody else tried this or know where some info on it might be? it just seems to make sense to me.....

    i don't want to mention a name but a mod told me here to keep ur gain is 2 include insluin to ur pct, and i'am going for it.

      Personally, I think insulin for PCT is a good idea so long as you know what your doing.

        yep so maybe 5 ui's once a day after workout and with a good post workout meal or shake? is this aproach good for PCT ?

          insulin is definitely not for everyone... since youve done it already, im sure you know the risks. 5-10iu of humalog should allow you to keep your weight. just make sure you are eating perfect or youll get F A T

            Yes. Make sure you load up on the carbs and protein, and stay away from the fats for a good 2 or 3 hours after taking the slin.

                  how so bull? due to increased estrogen levels and decreased testosterone levels? i would agree that its much better DURING a cycle... im not sure it would necessarily make you get fat if your diet is in chekc you are still hitting the gym hard. a link to that info would be nice!

                    I have never used insulin while on cycle I've only used it off cycle to maintain or gain more....I am insulin sensative so I only need 2-4 iu after work out. works great if you know what your doing

                      yea it does work good and i know how to alter my diet and such just looking for opinions on it....personally ill be using 10ius post workout and maybe up it to about 12iu at most for 4-5 weeks....im not worried about getting fat or dropping dead cuzz i have used it successfully in the past a few times but never when not on.....ill let you guys know in 5 months how it is going when i actually come off
