i plan on taking nolvadex for my post cycle along with clomid.
how much nolvadex should i use and for how long.

i usually do em for 4- 6 weeks, and i usually do 20mg of nolvedex and 20 mg clomid, depends on ur body and how big u are .

im 5'9 185lbs %10 bf
this is my 4th cycle and i used 750mg if QV Enathate and 450 of QV deca. am running it for 14 weeks am at week 10 now.

Do like Crank said...and I hope you staggered the deca and test. You need to end the deca 1 week before the test.

yeah js i knew that but i was really told to end the deca 2 weeks before the test but i think i like your way better that way i get another 450 of deca in me

Cool cause you were told wrong. Deca needs 3 wks before pct and test e needs 2 wks. Thus the reason you run the test 1 wk past the deca.

Some people like to stop deca 2 weeks before the test so it clears the system a week earlier than the test does. The reasoning behind that is that if all roids clear the system at the same time the crash will be more pronounced.

Personally if I do a test and deca cycle I stop both enan and deca at the same time and then do 4 weeks of prop solo with low dosages in the last two weeks. That works best for me but everyone is different.

i run the nolva at 40 mg for the first week then 20 mg ed for 8 weeks myself
