  • Clen for PCT

    I started Clomid/nolva PCT on Monday.

    I"m getting some clen this week - so I can keep the calories high.

    I know how to use clen alone or during a cycle.

    Need some input on clen during PCT -

    Should I increase protein intake? Is it worth running it throughout PCT or just a couple of weeks? Should I change clomid/nolva dose?

    or any other usefull tips are appreciated.

    bro dont bother ,to takenadvantage of clens anticatabolic and cortisol effects ,insulin levels must be low ,well in pct u want the exact opposite keep cals high to keep ur gains high cals and crabs high slin levels ,so it will be a waste of clen .

        Is this what most of you all do? I'm getting my stuff ready for pct as well and was considering to throw in some clen as well. Some say wait after your pct and others say do it while on your pct to keep your pumps and strength. What do you all prefer?

          It's interesting that on the other board a lot of people use clen for PCT.

          Here are some replies:

          Clen helps with catabolism. I run for PCT too. Still go 2 wks on 2wks off though. I try to keep protein high but still decrease calories.

          I'm planning on using chinese superclen.. the one with ketotifen for PCT..
          I'm also gonna use: Nolvadex, Clomid, Creatine and Phosphatidylserine..

            Clen is indeed anti-catabolic. I would use it for sure. I did last cycle and didn't loose any strength at all.

                Becuz of its anti-catabolic effect and impact on intensity (helps you keep your strength). I just didn't know if it was worth taking it post cycle or not. How long do you all run it for? 8 wks?

                    "natural" guys use clen. to build strength and cut up. It does seem to boost strength, I've noticed before when I was clean but using clen. Makes me hyper, I have to take it in very small doses through the day. Take more than normal before workouts as a boost. Co-works have noticed my hands shaking on it.

                      i think as long as you keep your calories high, then it is a good addition to your recovery cause it is anti-catabolic
