Is it worth it?
From what Iv read 4wks on 4wks off or 2wks on 2wks off is common at 20-50mcg, does this sound like a correct way of usage for good results?
Also say I only workout 3-4 days a wk do I just take it post workout on those days or do I take it everyday regardless of training or not?
