great log man. i know you know your supps but be careful with that green tea extract and stay on your liver protection. local young marine i know from the gym had his liver shut down completely and that was all he was taking. he was 100% healthy with no issues and didnt drink and they thought he was going to die. they did get it back functioning but they tell him that it will never be the same again. i dont know how much weight one can put on military doc's opinions but they say it was the supplement that caused it to fail

it was like 500-750mg i believe. now me i would say he was probably getting 1-2g of straight up ekcg or however the extract is broken down. now i had read the articles and research on this being possible and hurting some people with issues but seeing it first hand blew me away. dude was 23-24 years old, picture of health and in pretty good shape. so when i was talking to him after he finally bounced back a bit, i went through the obvious questions: do you drink and how much? nope not a drop ever. do you or where you taking any ph's? nope never tried them. ok big one, juicing, tren orals or any crazy harsh stuff? nope nothing at all. so then i started asking about diet fat intake and stuff like that. the kid actually ate pretty clean and good with a cheat or 2 a wk, no crazy fried foods, heavy contaminated amounts of fish or sea food. pretty much chicken rice, turkey beef, oats and stuff we normally eat. so i was blown away. dude was so yellow he was almost orange but he was bouncing back and starting to recover. all from green tea extract. cool thing was he was getting med seperated because he will never fully recover enough to stay on active duty and their was no point in lying about it, so i took him for his word and i even chat him up when i run into him now. we are hoping he will still be able to bounce back enough to get back into semi hard training and be able to maintain somewhat respectable conditioning

if you want to save some funds man and you like it, give sour kraut works just as good if not better than digestive enzymes. i love both but the kraut is off the hook digestive wise

My wife's grandmother caramelizes her sauerkraut. I normally hate the stuff, but hers is to die for!!! The key is to use one of those old fashioned hand beaten aluminum dutch ovens to cook it in - usually with halupki (cabbage stuffed with beef). One of the most amazing foods I have ever eaten.

My wife's grandmother caramelizes her sauerkraut. I normally hate the stuff, but hers is to die for!!! The key is to use one of those old fashioned hand beaten aluminum dutch ovens to cook it in - usually with halupki (cabbage stuffed with beef). One of the most amazing foods I have ever eaten.

i love it as well. i try to keep at least 1/4 cup or more in daily at a minimum just for the health benefits but i do love the stuff
