  • T3 transition to T4 . . .

Just finished a 6 week cycle of T3 along with my HGH and it worked great to burn off about 20 lbs of fat, I started at 25 mcg/day for 3 days the 50 for 3 days then 75 , then 100mcgs and kept it up for about 3 weeks then cycled down exact same way.

My question is, can I start taking T4 right away away now and if so, how do I take (dose) and how long can I stay on the T4? Do I have to cycle up like the T3 then back down? Also If I wanted to run T3 I'd have to wait about 6 weeks before I started again, is this true of the T4 too or can I just go right from the T3 to the T4 without a break? Never used T4 before.

    Thanks,
    Lex

T4 converts to T3 in the body. To answer your question I am not sure.

you get about 25mcg of your natural t3 output from 100mcg of t4 and about 50 with 200mcg. would it hurt? idk if it would or not but me personally i would give my thyroid a break for a while and then add in t4 later on. reason why i say that is you are most likely surpressed now and stimulating it artificially may shut you down completely. that's just me guessing because i am not a doc but you def dont want to shut down your thyroid for damn sure

I agree to give your thyroid a rest unless you were diagnosed with hypothyroidism then you are on for life anyways.
