Hey guys I'm new to peptides and kinda looking for some guidence. I'm really only interested in the IGF LR3 at this time so if anybody could tell me how much to use and how long to take it I'd appreciate it. Also if you think hgh is a better deal I'd like to know as well. I'm back and forth on hgh and igf right now so any thoughts you guys have send em my way plz.

From what I understand the quality of both HGH and IGF fluctuates so drastically from batch to batch that you never really know what you are getting.

I don't have experience with hgh but from everything I've ever read you have to take it for a longggg time. Igf I like to use 40mcg divided into two bi lateral 20mcg injects post workout for about 4-6 weeks.

Well 1mg=1,000mcg so at 40mcg a day that would be roughly 3.5 weeks if my math is right from 1 bottle. So to answer your question 2 bottles would be needed for 4 weeks.

everyone has their own preference when it come to pre or post workout. i am on gh and igf and i tried it post before i tried pinning preworkout and i like pinning igf lr3 preworkout in the muscle that you are training. you get mad pumps and vascularity...its kinda like the DES version but not soo extreme. I would say if youre not on GH then do igf lr3 post workout. just play around with it pre and post and see how you like it

I REALLY wanted to try IGF after my research i backed off. From what i understand REAL IGF is very hard to find. I still really want to try it but for the price and the fact that no one i know has been able to find real of good IGF ive passed on it. I would love to just run GH since at least i know i can get the real deal but idk if i can afford that so i backed off that to lol.

If you decide to run IGF i would be interested in seeing your results if you wanted to run a log...

Im in the exact same boat as you my friend. But I think ill take one for the team and try it and do a mini log on it. It might be a month or so but when I get some ill post it up. We have a new source on here that has it so think ill try a bottle as a tester.

Yeah you dont have to do anything to crazy as far as a log but it would be nice to see the results if any. I would be willing to run some if you got at least decent results.
