iam finding from this thread that most of the guys are using between 2-5 ius . I like the hgh 2 ius and mix it with igf and ill get great results over 6 months time. plus take my drol. but nice thread , great posts.

i myself didn't see any difference when I split the dose in the am and pm when I went to just am dose.. it was easier for me to just the dose in the am..
alright, after reading all those posts I am gonna try upping my dose to around 7iu a day or so...I continue to take GHRP and CJC 1295 with it though, is that ok?...i have some extra cash and I am gonna get about 200iu this week...

When I take gh and peps together I run the peps through the day and the gh at night.
Exo gh is suppose to blunt natural release. I'm not sure if it would still blunt it when trigger by peps or not. Some say yes some say no. I play it safe and allow 8 hours after gh before next pep shots hence taking all before bed.
