    Mgf does trigger igf to release. It's a two part system. MGF cause cell proliferation, or the creation of new cells. These cells need to be assigned as muscle cells... Which is what igf does through a process called differentiation. Once assigned as muscle cells, they are able to mature and grow.

      I still dont get how IGF being present blunts MGF.I completely understand the connection between mgf and the triggering of igf. I hope yall know I'm not trying to argue. It just doesn't add up to me. No research studies I've found support that theory. Granted most studies about igf and mgf have been done on mice. Still nothing about igf blunting mgf. Theoretically if that was the case wouldn't it be pointless to use HGH. HGH jumps igf levels to the moon. So how does HGH work then for building muscle?? wouldn't it also blunt MGF???
