Glucose tabs are a must!!! I run 5units am w 2 units gh. And preworkout i run 15 units slin and 3-4 units hgh Sip on karbolyn through out work out. Post workout i eat a chunk of salmon with brown or white rice and a veggie. Plus my post workout shake Glucose tabs have saved me many times frim going totally hypo. Sometimes karbolyn just isn't enough. Especially when on slin u seem tok workout like a beast. I only use pharma pens fast acting slin. Peak time is 1.5 hours after pin. I managed to break a 2 year plateu on slin. Yet i eased into it slow as fuck. I also do other things Such as t-4. And AAS. gh pin #3 is b4 bed @ 4-5 units. Roughly ten units total ed of gh and 20 of slin. Depends on if im on igf1/lr3
