Ok, i ran slin for 2 years....I did Humalog post workout, and sometimes right in the morning....The best way is to do 1iu per 20lbs of bodyweight...so, i was 230 and did approx 11iu...I would make sure I had 10grams of carbs per iu...So, I would consume within 5 minutes of injecting about 100-110 carbs (like grape juice or something very fast)...Then I would consume a nice meal within 45min of that!! I grew a lot...as a matter of fact, my body still has alot of that weight from a few years ago...

Do you think it would be the same with slin r. Being 1iu per 20lbs?
Now, I ran Humalog and I swear by that one ONLY because it is quick acting and I can control the outcome a little better...I still do believe that 1iu per 20lbs will work with Humalin-R but the carb amount may be different since they need to be consumed multiple times rather than just once...This is because of the longer half-life of humalin vs humalog...I will look a little deeper into this though!
I have known many guys that like slin R over humalog...actually, the did both! A little Log perworkout and post, and humalin R as well....they liked the quick acting mixed with the longer one

It had this amazing ability to make me feel like a damn monster lol...I know this is weird but since it was so quick-acting (the humalog) after I ran it and had my meal about an hour or so later, I would FEEL bigger lol...it doesn't take a very long time to start seeing gains on the scale either...IF done properly with the dose you use and the consumption of carbs right after, it is not scary to use...Grab some good slin and get to it if you decide you like the idea! I do not have any idea where to get slin from though...I used to just order Humalog from a canadian pharmacy but that was 4 yrs ago and I am not sure how easy any of the slin's are to obtain...
I used Log for months but I kept it cold the whole time...and I know it was good still because I could feel the effects (hypo, etc) when I didn't consume as many carbs as I should've
I just ordered some Humalog today from a canadian pharmacy website..I think its the same one I have used many times before...I will probably use a couple iu preworkout and about 8-10 postworkout....I am going to do some research and see if I can get good results from less slin...I used to use 1iu per 20lbs and weighing 222 now it'd be about 11iu...I will blog about this when I start!
But I too prefer Humalog, It allows me to really control my insulin levels with 2 pins a day. Alongside IGF and HGH the results from slin are immensely amplified. Once I'm able to get my hands on some more Humalog i'll start again.
