  • DNP

wanted to shed some extra fat after a few months of dieting.

did some 7day 600mg cycles in the past, but decided to go for a longer (easier?) cycle now of 200 mg

so wk 1: lost a deasent amount of fat (nothing like the monstrous amounts your read about on the fora however). Cardio wasn't fun, kept weights the same, had to drop a serious amount of reps however, but added some extra sets and trained only one muscle a day (every day). Felt tired, felt like shit, slept very bad. The usual.

Wk2: felt better, cardio went better, didn't feel as tired, lost some more fat (not so much however).

Wk 3: Feel the same, haven't lost any more fat however. Still running around in a short an t-shirt a 16°C (60°F) so DNP must be doing something :-)

So why have I stopped losing fat? And how do I resume it off course? ;-)

    Re: DNP

how do you know you stopped losing fat? You do realize that DNP causes some serious water retention. If you are running hot then i would say that the dnp isn't the problem. You need to look at your diet it sounds like. DNP is anamazing product but still isn't a magic pill. Diet and exercise still need to be in check.
